  • I have just finished speaking with Teck Support. I must say they did everything to troublshoot my system for me. I have not had a customer care experience like this in a while. They were patient, understanding and very knowledgable. It is great to know that there are still companies like Cybertron concerned with service and support of the customer.

  • I would like to commend your tech support team for the friendly and helpful support they are giving me. I am 75 and have worked with computers for 20 yrs or so starting with the old Sinclair thru the commadore,win 3.1 etc. In the coarse of those 20 yrs I have probably dealt with tech support of every computer and hardware mfg. on the market.That support has varied from none to poor to totally incompetent. I believe I am well qualified to evaluate tech support. I say without a doubt ,the Cybertron tech support is the best I have had. The team is trully exceptional in the tech support world.!!   • My name is Julie Metzger and my boyfriend and I have owned three computers, a gateway, a dell and a cybertron. We have needed tech support alot and have made alot of calls for help. But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help. I was glad to see that the support didn't end with the computer being purchased!!! nice to see a company that will follow through till the end and will keep great customers for life!!!   • Hey Dick, Just a heads up on the server install. Package arrived in great condition and the machine in perfect condition. No flaws, nothing strange, just how I like it. Curious; the rack cabinets have not changed much over the past 3-4 years. I know the Mobo is new with all the other components, have the power supplies changed much as they look similar as well? So far so good. Again, what type of support do you offer? Do you have a list of tech needs or support issues you cover? Thanks again. I had been looking for a new system for quite sometime and found your website, I phoned the company many times with many questions and each time I was serviced in a manner that can only be termed as Stellar...I began talking with Emad one of your sales Reps and I knew this was were I would purchase my system, Everyone is very informative and helpful and when my system arrived in a just a few short days I was thrilled at the job you had done, I mean it was so easy to get the system up and running I didn't even need tech support...I would and have recommended Cybertron to anyone looking for a new system or parts, Also Emad is a very nice guy and extremely educated on system components and such....Again many thanks awesome job!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thank you! No really, I mean it! I've bought a lot of computer this-and-that over the years - invariably with the occasional items that had to be returned. Never have I received such high quality service though. Perhaps it's a bit strange for a returned item to be accompanied by a letter of praise, but I was just so impressed with your prices, customer service, and technical support that I couldn't pass up the opportunity to commend you.

    I, the customer, am the most important part of your business. Most companies, however, develop a certain superiority complex which declares the business more significant than the customer. Counter productive, yes, I know. Nevertheless, this is the mentality, whether implied or not, that comes across.

    From the moment I made my first call to Cybertron International, I was sold. I was greeted with a caring voice that truly seemed interested in getting me what I wanted, not getting me to settle for what was available. Granted, I was given options, suggestions, and ideas, but I never felt pushed or that sting of a high-pressure sales person wanting to close the deal and move on to the next sucker. Instead, quite to the contrary, I was extended every courtesy and an atmosphere that screamed of whatever it takes.

    So again, thank you. I will be doing business with you in the future.

  • So I spent weeks trying to find a capable build company to order 2 high end gaming systems. Some days I felt fried after hours of internet surfing and phone conversations. I went through the wasteland of IbuyPower and CyberPower and distributors like Tiger and Newegg some I could hardly understand and all with no commitment to in stock components availability or delivery time to get the systems. Dell which would not build the system I wanted was like speaking to a robot speaking from a script and stated long lead times. I searched and searched but could not find the quality, care and build I wanted. Finally I found Cybertron, hallelujah! I spoke with Dick Graham in Sales who cared about my hard earned dollars being spent, gave me instant information on what components were in stock and gave me target date for delivery that was reasonable and get this….a commitment. He stayed with me throughout build with updates….Came through on every commitment, met the delivery date and answered all and any buyer questions I needed around additional capacity and system specs. A BIG thanks to Dick! On receiving the systems a few cables shook loose but tech Support (Will and James) were immediately available, ready and willing to take all the time necessary to get resolution and an answer any questions. And Oh my God an understandable, intelligent American voice! I have 20 years+ in the IT arena and it was so nice to talk to someone that I was not telling them their job or technical knowledge. All the support you could ever need with the assurance that Cybertron is there if any concerns arise in the future. If any feedback I wish support can be available on the weekends in case problems arise. All in all I finally felt like the hard earned money spent was worth the quality given, genuine interest in my need and care from both sales and service support given. Keep it UP Cybertron!!!
