  • I encountered a problem with one of your computer products and tech support helped me locate the trouble. Once we isolated it to a defective power supply the person said he would have the RMA department call and give instructions on how to return it for rplacement. Jason from that department called within the hour and gave me all the information needed for the return. He also e-mailed me a UPS pre-paid mail label at my request. I am writing to inform you of the professional manner in which your people, especially Jason, dealt with me. Thanks for running such a good company.

  • Thank you Cybertron for building me an awesome computer. I am blown away at how fast this system is. The computer booted up perfectly and everything that I had set up on my old computer worked. I want to say thanks to James for helping me out when I called tech support. He answered my questions and didn't answer me like I was an idiot. And to top it off he was an American and spoke ENGLISH. I want to say to those of you who are looking for a quality build and affordable then look no further than here because this company is the real deal. This computer by far is the best one I have purchased. I will never buy from the big boys again. P.S. I hope to get a computer game to see what this bad boy will do!

I researched a lot of other brands and places before I decided on the cybertron. You had the best price for the latest and greatest equipment. Not to mention your list of options is incredible. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know and consider you first on the list next time I go to buy a computer or any other computer equipment for that matter.   • I just wanted to take a few minutes and tell you how delighted I am with the purchase of the PC I made from your company. I had to get a substitute for the case it normally came with because they were on back order. While it may not have the bling it would have had with the other case the function of this machine makes up for any lack of bling it may have. Everything was well put together and there are no scratches or dings and nothing that looks out of place or misaligned. I fired it up for the first time and everything has gone very smoothly. When I started playing games I did have 1 little glitch. The alarm that indicates the graphics card was getting too warm went off. When I looked at the threshold setting for the alarm however it was set at 55 Celsius which is well below the temperature that they can run at so I bumped the alarm to go off at 60 degrees instead of 55 and it has not gone off again. I have checked the temp several times to be sure and the highest I have seen it get is 56 so I know it will be OK. All in all I would consider this the most well built and best machine I have ever bought. I appreciate all the software you installed on it as well I noticed it has a free variation of office software on it (Which was not a problem anyway as I have a licensed version of MS-Office 2007 professional), but also saw you put on DVD viewing software and DVD burning software and software to watch Blu-Ray discs. All in all this thing runs the best of any machine I have ever owned and I just wanted to give my thanks to Dick Graham for being so patient with me and walking me through everything and thank you to all your staff who put it together and to the rest of the company for making such great machines.

I have never had the service that I received from your company. I received honest information and help. My order had some problems and I have a bad RAM chip but I could care less. The service more than makes up for and incovenience
