  • I would like to commend your tech support team for the friendly and helpful support they are giving me. I am 75 and have worked with computers for 20 yrs or so starting with the old Sinclair thru the commadore,win 3.1 etc. In the coarse of those 20 yrs I have probably dealt with tech support of every computer and hardware mfg. on the market.That support has varied from none to poor to totally incompetent. I believe I am well qualified to evaluate tech support. I say without a doubt ,the Cybertron tech support is the best I have had. The team is trully exceptional in the tech support world.!!   • I just wanted to say that my Pentium 4 1.8 GHz is great and so powerful. It is more than I needed and the price is the best. I am telling all my friends and business associates about CybertronPC. Your customer service is the greatest and Emad should get the support man of the year award ( if any such award exists).

    I do most of my shopping online and when you are dealing with a faceless company that is miles away from you, customer service is something that you must be concerned about. The PC, I bought from you online was problem free but I was using it for a high tech studio application and it kept crashing. I contacted my hardware manufacturer and he informed me that I had a VIA motherboard and needed an Intel motherboard for the work that I would be doing. I called customer service and they were aware of the problem before I could fully tell him which impressed me. He upgraded me and then made me aware of a more functional RAMBUSS for the apps that I would be small price increase. I had my new PC in 2 days and IT KICKS @$$. Thanks guys.

I have never seen this level of service in any company before and I will highly recommend Cybertron computers to everyone that is interested in the purchase of a new computer.   • Thank you! No really, I mean it! I've bought a lot of computer this-and-that over the years - invariably with the occasional items that had to be returned. Never have I received such high quality service though. Perhaps it's a bit strange for a returned item to be accompanied by a letter of praise, but I was just so impressed with your prices, customer service, and technical support that I couldn't pass up the opportunity to commend you.

    I, the customer, am the most important part of your business. Most companies, however, develop a certain superiority complex which declares the business more significant than the customer. Counter productive, yes, I know. Nevertheless, this is the mentality, whether implied or not, that comes across.

    From the moment I made my first call to Cybertron International, I was sold. I was greeted with a caring voice that truly seemed interested in getting me what I wanted, not getting me to settle for what was available. Granted, I was given options, suggestions, and ideas, but I never felt pushed or that sting of a high-pressure sales person wanting to close the deal and move on to the next sucker. Instead, quite to the contrary, I was extended every courtesy and an atmosphere that screamed of whatever it takes.

    So again, thank you. I will be doing business with you in the future.

  • I don't usually write testimonials praising good service, as good service should be the norm (although, seldom is), however the service I received from Sahdi Marcos deserves recognition.

    A couple of days after ordering a custom AMD XP computer system (about which Mr. Marcos was very accommodating) I called back to request a different operating system. It turns out the system had already been built and was on the delivery truck to UPS. Shadi asked the driver to hold the shipment and bring it back for reconfiguration, The operating system was swapped out and the system reshipped within a day!

    I was not charged for my imposition and all billing adjustments were correctly executed and included with the order. It is a pleasure to find a company where customer service has real meaning. The computer system is also exactly as advertised and fired up, right out of the box, with no problems.

    I look forward to doing business with you again and will recommend CybertronPC to anyone looking for computers or components.

  • Terry and I just want to thank the tech support at Cybertron PC for your help in dealing with our issue. As per Jake's suggestion to use pfSense, our motherboard LAN compatibility issues seem to be behind us. However I want to relay along that neither Terry nor I have ever seen such a knowledgeable, competent and courteous tech support staff that was willing to go so far out of their way as yours. It was a unique experience and we were both impressed so much that in the future we plan to buy any further PCs we possibly can from you as a result. Thank you again.

  • I just want to express my appreciation for the service I received from your company, and Shadi Marcos, who helped me order the proper computer items. He was very knowlegable and helpful in making suggestions to me. Your prices were very good and I will be back for more computer items in the future. The shipping carton was packed solidly and all necessary disks, paperwork, etc. were enclosed. I installed the drive, DDR, etc. and it's running perfectly.   • I am writing this to thank CybertronPC for helping us in a small crisis, when no one else seemed to be able to. Our primary email server had failed, and we needed a new server for our corporate email immediately. We tried the big factory outlets and resellers, but none could provide us with the server configuration we needed at the price we wanted and in the time period we needed it. We had noticed Cybertron was a popular model, so we decided to call Cybertron directly. We were glad we did. Not only did they find us exactly what we needed, but they gave it to us at an unbelievable price and had it on our doorstep the following morning! There were no issues, no problems and no hidden costs. And the server was fast, sleek and cutting edge.
