  • I would like to commend your tech support team for the friendly and helpful support they are giving me. I am 75 and have worked with computers for 20 yrs or so starting with the old Sinclair thru the commadore,win 3.1 etc. In the coarse of those 20 yrs I have probably dealt with tech support of every computer and hardware mfg. on the market.That support has varied from none to poor to totally incompetent. I believe I am well qualified to evaluate tech support. I say without a doubt ,the Cybertron tech support is the best I have had. The team is trully exceptional in the tech support world.!!   • I am writing this to thank CybertronPC for helping us in a small crisis, when no one else seemed to be able to. Our primary email server had failed, and we needed a new server for our corporate email immediately. We tried the big factory outlets and resellers, but none could provide us with the server configuration we needed at the price we wanted and in the time period we needed it. We had noticed Cybertron was a popular model, so we decided to call Cybertron directly. We were glad we did. Not only did they find us exactly what we needed, but they gave it to us at an unbelievable price and had it on our doorstep the following morning!
