  • I just wanted to take a few minutes and tell you how delighted I am with the purchase of the PC I made from your company. I had to get a substitute for the case it normally came with because they were on back order. While it may not have the bling it would have had with the other case the function of this machine makes up for any lack of bling it may have. Everything was well put together and there are no scratches or dings and nothing that looks out of place or misaligned. I fired it up for the first time and everything has gone very smoothly. When I started playing games I did have 1 little glitch. The alarm that indicates the graphics card was getting too warm went off. When I looked at the threshold setting for the alarm however it was set at 55 Celsius which is well below the temperature that they can run at so I bumped the alarm to go off at 60 degrees instead of 55 and it has not gone off again. I have checked the temp several times to be sure and the highest I have seen it get is 56 so I know it will be OK. All in all I would consider this the most well built and best machine I have ever bought. I appreciate all the software you installed on it as well I noticed it has a free variation of office software on it (Which was not a problem anyway as I have a licensed version of MS-Office 2007 professional), but also saw you put on DVD viewing software and DVD burning software and software to watch Blu-Ray discs. All in all this thing runs the best of any machine I have ever owned and I just wanted to give my thanks to Dick Graham for being so patient with me and walking me through everything and thank you to all your staff who put it together and to the rest of the company for making such great machines.

Great sales service with my questions and I have no idea how your hardware support is, because I haven't needed it! This barebones went together easier than any fully built I've set up - over 30 systems - from every major manufacturer. Good job.

  • I would like to commend your tech support team for the friendly and helpful support they are giving me. I am 75 and have worked with computers for 20 yrs or so starting with the old Sinclair thru the commadore,win 3.1 etc. In the coarse of those 20 yrs I have probably dealt with tech support of every computer and hardware mfg. on the market.That support has varied from none to poor to totally incompetent. I believe I am well qualified to evaluate tech support. I say without a doubt ,the Cybertron tech support is the best I have had. The team is trully exceptional in the tech support world.!!
