  • Terry and I just want to thank the tech support at Cybertron PC for your help in dealing with our issue. As per Jake's suggestion to use pfSense, our motherboard LAN compatibility issues seem to be behind us. However I want to relay along that neither Terry nor I have ever seen such a knowledgeable, competent and courteous tech support staff that was willing to go so far out of their way as yours. It was a unique experience and we were both impressed so much that in the future we plan to buy any further PCs we possibly can from you as a result. Thank you again.

  • Thank you Cybertron for building me an awesome computer. I am blown away at how fast this system is. The computer booted up perfectly and everything that I had set up on my old computer worked. I want to say thanks to James for helping me out when I called tech support. He answered my questions and didn't answer me like I was an idiot. And to top it off he was an American and spoke ENGLISH. I want to say to those of you who are looking for a quality build and affordable then look no further than here because this company is the real deal. This computer by far is the best one I have purchased. I will never buy from the big boys again. P.S. I hope to get a computer game to see what this bad boy will do!

Aside from the fact late night calls, when something goes awry can be time consuming, my reputation is on the line. I've been impressed and gratified in the few instances where problems arose. They were resolved in a very short time with total satisfaction. I defy anyone whoose delt with Gateway, Dell, Compaq, or any other company, to be able to say the same.   • I am writing this to thank CybertronPC for helping us in a small crisis, when no one else seemed to be able to. Our primary email server had failed, and we needed a new server for our corporate email immediately. We tried the big factory outlets and resellers, but none could provide us with the server configuration we needed at the price we wanted and in the time period we needed it. We had noticed Cybertron was a popular model, so we decided to call Cybertron directly. We were glad we did. Not only did they find us exactly what we needed, but they gave it to us at an unbelievable price and had it on our doorstep the following morning! There were no issues, no problems and no hidden costs. And the server was fast, sleek and cutting edge. Needless to say CybertronPC became our company standard platform, and is now the only firm we buy our server hardware from or recommend to our customers. Thanks Cybertron!

  • I just wanted to take a few minutes and tell you how delighted I am with the purchase of the PC I made from your company. I had to get a substitute for the case it normally came with because they were on back order. While it may not have the bling it would have had with the other case the function of this machine makes up for any lack of bling it may have. Everything was well put together and there are no scratches or dings and nothing that looks out of place or misaligned. I fired it up for the first time and everything has gone very smoothly. When I started playing games I did have 1 little glitch. The alarm that indicates the graphics card was getting too warm went off. When I looked at the threshold setting for the alarm however it was set at 55 Celsius which is well below the temperature that they can run at so I bumped the alarm to go off at 60 degrees instead of 55 and it has not gone off again. I have checked the temp several times to be sure and the highest I have seen it get is 56 so I know it will be OK. All in all I would consider this the most well built and best machine I have ever bought. I appreciate all the software you installed on it as well I noticed it has a free variation of office software on it (Which was not a problem anyway as I have a licensed version of MS-Office 2007 professional), but also saw you put on DVD viewing software and DVD burning software and software to watch Blu-Ray discs. All in all this thing runs the best of any machine I have ever owned and I just wanted to give my thanks to Dick Graham for being so patient with me and walking me through everything and thank you to all your staff who put it together and to the rest of the company for making such great machines.
