• Well, finally, my machine is up and running! You, however, have definitely restored my confidence in customer service. You certainly went above and beyond and I thank you very much. I told my husband that because of you, I would not hesitate to buy another Cybertron, not to mention that it has been a great machine. While I was hunting the business card of the guy that installed my second hard drive, I just happened to see one of those little CDs in the album that I keep my system software in. Guess what, it was the CD with drivers and utility software for the controller card. Yayyyyyy!!! Once I had it installed everything else took care of itself.
