I want to say thanks to James for helping me out when I called tech support. He answered my questions and didn't answer me like I was an idiot. And to top it off he was an American and spoke ENGLISH. I want to say to those of you who are looking for a quality build and affordable then look no further than here because this company is the real deal. This computer by far is the best one I have purchased. I will never buy from the big boys again. P.S. I hope to get a computer game to see what this bad boy will do!

  • I apologize for not replying to the Email sooner. I'd like to say that technical support is terrific. I d also like to ask if there are any other drivers needed other than the soundcard driver and the on-board LAN? I've noticed that the other On-board drivers are for 32-bit. What does that mean? Should I use them also? I have Windows XP, that's all I know.

I have never had the service that I received from your company. I received honest information and help. My order had some problems and I have a bad RAM chip but I could care less. The service more than makes up for and incovenience

    Your technical support people are wonderful to work with. They have helped me and have treated me with respect. They identified my technical level and worked with me at that level.

    Your sales people are of great help in placing the order and in working on the order problem.

  • I just wanted to say that my Pentium 4 1.8 GHz is great and so powerful. It is more than I needed and the price is the best. I am telling all my friends and business associates about CybertronPC. Your customer service is the greatest and Emad should get the support man of the year award ( if any such award exists).

    I do most of my shopping online and when you are dealing with a faceless company that is miles away from you, customer service is something that you must be concerned about. The PC, I bought from you online was problem free but I was using it for a high tech studio application and it kept crashing. I contacted my hardware manufacturer and he informed me that I had a VIA motherboard and needed an Intel motherboard for the work that I would be doing. I called customer service and they were aware of the problem before I could fully tell him which impressed me. He upgraded me and then made me aware of a more functional RAMBUSS for the apps that I would be small price increase. I had my new PC in 2 days and IT KICKS @$$. Thanks guys.

  • I have received excellent service from Craig ext224, he has been exceptionally helpful helping me solve a problem with my new computer. Craig has gone out of his way to help me, I am very disabled and he has taken the time to understand and explain things to me he has also E-mailed me information I was unable to write down, this has been very helpful, thanks to his service any parts or components I need in the future I will certainly purchase from Cybertron.
