  • I encountered a problem with one of your computer products and tech support helped me locate the trouble. Once we isolated it to a defective power supply the person said he would have the RMA department call and give instructions on how to return it for rplacement. Jason from that department called within the hour and gave me all the information needed for the return. He also e-mailed me a UPS pre-paid mail label at my request. I am writing to inform you of the professional manner in which your people, especially Jason, dealt with me. Thanks for running such a good company.

I've had Cybertron build many units to suit the individual needs of my clients and students. Since they purchase on my reccomendation, it is very important to me they are satisfied. Aside from the fact late night calls, when something goes awry can be time consuming, my reputation is on the line. I've been impressed and gratified in the few instances where problems arose.   • My name is Julie Metzger and my boyfriend and I have owned three computers, a gateway, a dell and a cybertron. We have needed tech support alot and have made alot of calls for help. But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help.
