I've been in this industry for over 20 years and even worked for Compaq as a field services manager, and I do believe that today's experience has to be rated among the top that I've ever had. Please, pass on my Pat on the Back for Jason. This is the first system I've purchased from your company. I'm very pleased with the system, but more important I'm very pleased with your tech support. I had been looking for a new system for quite sometime and found your website, I phoned the company many times with many questions and each time I was serviced in a manner that can only be termed as Stellar...I began talking with Emad one of your sales Reps and I knew this was were I would purchase my system, Everyone is very informative and helpful and when my system arrived in a just a few short days I was thrilled at the job you had done, I mean it was so easy to get the system up and running I didn't even need tech support...I would and have recommended Cybertron to anyone looking for a new system or parts, Also Emad is a very nice guy and extremely educated on system components and such....Again many thanks awesome job!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Just wanted to pass along how satisfied I am with both PCs. The server, which runs 5 channels of audio, is screaming fast (in fact, it may be a little overpowered!), and the desktop handles all of our audio editing needs without hesitation. But really, it would not have even been possible without the great customer service that I received from you and the tech support department.

  • I just wanted to take a few minutes and tell you how delighted I am with the purchase of the PC I made from your company. I had to get a substitute for the case it normally came with because they were on back order. While it may not have the bling it would have had with the other case the function of this machine makes up for any lack of bling it may have. Everything was well put together and there are no scratches or dings and nothing that looks out of place or misaligned. I fired it up for the first time and everything has gone very smoothly. When I started playing games I did have 1 little glitch. The alarm that indicates the graphics card was getting too warm went off. When I looked at the threshold setting for the alarm however it was set at 55 Celsius which is well below the temperature that they can run at so I bumped the alarm to go off at 60 degrees instead of 55 and it has not gone off again. I have checked the temp several times to be sure and the highest I have seen it get is 56 so I know it will be OK. All in all I would consider this the most well built and best machine I have ever bought. I appreciate all the software you installed on it as well I noticed it has a free variation of office software on it (Which was not a problem anyway as I have a licensed version of MS-Office 2007 professional), but also saw you put on DVD viewing software and DVD burning software and software to watch Blu-Ray discs. All in all this thing runs the best of any machine I have ever owned and I just wanted to give my thanks to Dick Graham for being so patient with me and walking me through everything and thank you to all your staff who put it together and to the rest of the company for making such great machines.

  • I wanted to thank your company. I work at a technical helpdesk and deal with computer service all day. I have purchased 5 computers in the last 6 years. I have never had the service that I received from your company. I received honest information and help. My order had some problems and I have a bad RAM chip but I could care less. The service more than makes up for and incovenience

    Your technical support people are wonderful to work with. They have helped me and have treated me with respect. They identified my technical level and worked with me at that level.

    Your sales people are of great help in placing the order and in working on the order problem.

    I have recommended your company to everyone I know and when I go to replace my wife's computer I will be ordering through you. I have recommended your company to every one I know and even on some of the message boards I frequently use.
