(and pass it on to your manager as well -- I want your employers to know you're doing a great job). Thank you both for excellent support and customer service this past week -- for efforts above and beyond the call of duty, and just general being-thereness. :) You guys are great. I thought you might like to know (Phil was along for some of this) that when I finally had a working copy of Windows XP I was able to go in and, using Partition Magic, reactivate the old WinXP drive so I could look at it and copy files to a safe place. Then when I went back and booted, it showed both Win XP partitions, the one I d just re-installed, and the original (the good one), and would boot off either. Win 98 was not showing, but I used the Boot Magic rescue disk (which I originally thought wouldn't work, but it did) to find the Win 98 drive and boot from it. Once I was back in Win 98 I reactivated Boot Magic and now everything works just the way it's supposed to. I am ecstatic. I am glad to have the XP SP2 disk as insurance in case I have another disaster, and even though we never needed the diagnostics CD, I have it now so am ready there as well. And I've learned a few more invaluable lessons about this monster. :) So I'm happy. (I shouldn't call it a monster -- I love my Cybertron -- but it's big, it's awesome -- yeah, it's a monster. :) ).   • I just wanted to take a few minutes and tell you how delighted I am with the purchase of the PC I made from your company. I had to get a substitute for the case it normally came with because they were on back order. While it may not have the bling it would have had with the other case the function of this machine makes up for any lack of bling it may have. Everything was well put together and there are no scratches or dings and nothing that looks out of place or misaligned. I fired it up for the first time and everything has gone very smoothly. When I started playing games I did have 1 little glitch. The alarm that indicates the graphics card was getting too warm went off. When I looked at the threshold setting for the alarm however it was set at 55 Celsius which is well below the temperature that they can run at so I bumped the alarm to go off at 60 degrees instead of 55 and it has not gone off again. I have checked the temp several times to be sure and the highest I have seen it get is 56 so I know it will be OK. All in all I would consider this the most well built and best machine I have ever bought. I appreciate all the software you installed on it as well I noticed it has a free variation of office software on it (Which was not a problem anyway as I have a licensed version of MS-Office 2007 professional), but also saw you put on DVD viewing software and DVD burning software and software to watch Blu-Ray discs. All in all this thing runs the best of any machine I have ever owned and I just wanted to give my thanks to Dick Graham for being so patient with me and walking me through everything and thank you to all your staff who put it together and to the rest of the company for making such great machines.

Craig has gone out of his way to help me, I am very disabled and he has taken the time to understand and explain things to me he has also E-mailed me information I was unable to write down, this has been very helpful, thanks to his service any parts or components I need in the future I will certainly purchase from Cybertron.   • Just wanted to pass along how satisfied I am with both PCs. The server, which runs 5 channels of audio, is screaming fast (in fact, it may be a little overpowered!), and the desktop handles all of our audio editing needs without hesitation. But really, it would not have even been possible without the great customer service that I received from you and the tech support department.

  • Thank you Cybertron for building me an awesome computer. I am blown away at how fast this system is. The computer booted up perfectly and everything that I had set up on my old computer worked. I want to say thanks to James for helping me out when I called tech support. He answered my questions and didn't answer me like I was an idiot. And to top it off he was an American and spoke ENGLISH. I want to say to those of you who are looking for a quality build and affordable then look no further than here because this company is the real deal. This computer by far is the best one I have purchased. I will never buy from the big boys again. P.S. I hope to get a computer game to see what this bad boy will do!
