  • Just to let you know, buying this from you has been an exceptional experience. Great service on the order. Great sales service with my questions and I have no idea how your hardware support is, because I haven't needed it! This barebones went together easier than any fully built I've set up - over 30 systems - from every major manufacturer. Good job.

  • I just wanted to write in and let you know how great I think your desktop product is. It it fast, well built, with the latest gear, and great looking too. I researched a lot of other brands and places before I decided on the cybertron. You had the best price for the latest and greatest equipment. Not to mention your list of options is incredible. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know and consider you first on the list next time I go to buy a computer or any other computer equipment for that matter. Awesome product at a great price, keep it up! Also your shipping is AMAZING. I placed my special order on Sunday evening and you had it build and shipped right to my door by Wednesday afternoon. And I'm in Alaska! A really, really satisfied customer,

  • I am a former employee of Greater Media Detroit's engineering department. We ordered numerous rack-mount servers for our stations and I had the honor of setting them up. I was very impressed with how easy it was to set them up. Since then I have fallen in love with your systems. I am still in contact with my former co-workers and they still talk about how reliable your computers are. Especially

  • So I spent weeks trying to find a capable build company to order 2 high end gaming systems. Some days I felt fried after hours of internet surfing and phone conversations. I went through the wasteland of IbuyPower and CyberPower and distributors like Tiger and Newegg some I could hardly understand and all with no commitment to in stock components availability or delivery time to get the systems. Dell which would not build the system I wanted was like speaking to a robot speaking from a script and stated long lead times. I searched and searched but could not find the quality, care and build I wanted. Finally I found Cybertron, hallelujah! I spoke with Dick Graham in Sales who cared about my hard earned dollars being spent, gave me instant information on what components were in stock and gave me target date for delivery that was reasonable and get this….a commitment. He stayed with me throughout build with updates….Came through on every commitment, met the delivery date and answered all and any buyer questions I needed around additional capacity and system specs. A BIG thanks to Dick! On receiving the systems a few cables shook loose but tech Support (Will and James) were immediately available, ready and willing to take all the time necessary to get resolution and an answer any questions. And Oh my God an understandable, intelligent American voice! I have 20 years+ in the IT arena and it was so nice to talk to someone that I was not telling them their job or technical knowledge. All the support you could ever need with the assurance that Cybertron is there if any concerns arise in the future. If any feedback I wish support can be available on the weekends in case problems arise. All in all I finally felt like the hard earned money spent was worth the quality given, genuine interest in my need and care from both sales and service support given. Keep it UP Cybertron!!! You have a lifetime PC customer Here! Thanks, Don

  • I just wanted to take a few minutes and tell you how delighted I am with the purchase of the PC I made from your company. I had to get a substitute for the case it normally came with because they were on back order. While it may not have the bling it would have had with the other case the function of this machine makes up for any lack of bling it may have. Everything was well put together and there are no scratches or dings and nothing that looks out of place or misaligned. I fired it up for the first time and everything has gone very smoothly. When I started playing games I did have 1 little glitch. The alarm that indicates the graphics card was getting too warm went off. When I looked at the threshold setting for the alarm however it was set at 55 Celsius which is well below the temperature that they can run at so I bumped the alarm to go off at 60 degrees instead of 55 and it has not gone off again. I have checked the temp several times to be sure and the highest I have seen it get is 56 so I know it will be OK. All in all I would consider this the most well built and best machine I have ever bought. I appreciate all the software you installed on it as well I noticed it has a free variation of office software on it (Which was not a problem anyway as I have a licensed version of MS-Office 2007 professional), but also saw you put on DVD viewing software and DVD burning software and software to watch Blu-Ray discs. All in all this thing runs the best of any machine I have ever owned and I just wanted to give my thanks to Dick Graham for being so patient with me and walking me through everything and thank you to all your staff who put it together and to the rest of the company for making such great machines.

  • Terry and I just want to thank the tech support at Cybertron PC for your help in dealing with our issue. As per Jake's suggestion to use pfSense, our motherboard LAN compatibility issues seem to be behind us. However I want to relay along that neither Terry nor I have ever seen such a knowledgeable, competent and courteous tech support staff that was willing to go so far out of their way as yours. It was a unique experience and we were both impressed so much that in the future we plan to buy any further PCs we possibly can from you as a result. Thank you again.

  • Hi Jeremiah, I don't have Phil's e-mail or I d send this to him, too. Please pass it along for me! (and pass it on to your manager as well -- I want your employers to know you're doing a great job). Thank you both for excellent support and customer service this past week -- for efforts above and beyond the call of duty, and just general being-thereness. :) You guys are great. I thought you might like to know (Phil was along for some of this) that when I finally had a working copy of Windows XP I was able to go in and, using Partition Magic, reactivate the old WinXP drive so I could look at it and copy files to a safe place. Then when I went back and booted, it showed both Win XP partitions, the one I d just re-installed, and the original (the good one), and would boot off either. Win 98 was not showing, but I used the Boot Magic rescue disk (which I originally thought wouldn't work, but it did) to find the Win 98 drive and boot from it. Once I was back in Win 98 I reactivated Boot Magic and now everything works just the way it's supposed to. I am ecstatic. I am glad to have the XP SP2 disk as insurance in case I have another disaster, and even though we never needed the diagnostics CD, I have it now so am ready there as well. And I've learned a few more invaluable lessons about this monster. :) So I'm happy. (I shouldn't call it a monster -- I love my Cybertron -- but it's big, it's awesome -- yeah, it's a monster. :) ). Thanks again, guys. Take it easy, and hopefully I won't have to talk to you again for awhile (much as I enjoy it). Sincerely,
    -Marae Price
