  • Dear Cybertron, I recently ordered a custom computer two weeks ago. I really liked the fact that Cybertron offered computer configurations that in-store and large direct computer retailers didn't offer. I ordered my computer on Monday and received it on Friday at 10:00 AM. When I opened the box was surprised by the nice mid-tower case that had four five and a quarter bays and two front side USB ports. The system was made exactly as ordered. Everything on the system worked perfectly and I had no problem installing a couple of Linux distributions on the box. Cybertron customer service people are very friendly and helpful. Cybertron will be the only computer retailer that I will purchase from in the future. Sincerely,

  • Thank you Cybertron for building me an awesome computer. I am blown away at how fast this system is. The computer booted up perfectly and everything that I had set up on my old computer worked. I want to say thanks to James for helping me out when I called tech support. He answered my questions and didn't answer me like I was an idiot. And to top it off he was an American and spoke ENGLISH. I want to say to those of you who are looking for a quality build and affordable then look no further than here because this company is the real deal. This computer by far is the best one I have purchased. I will never buy from the big boys again. P.S. I hope to get a computer game to see what this bad boy will do!

  • Just wanted to let you know that I called into your help desk this morning with an issue on a brand new system. Jason was the support Tech that helped me, and he did a great job. I've been in this industry for over 20 years and even worked for Compaq as a field services manager, and I do believe that today's experience has to be rated among the top that I've ever had. Please, pass on my Pat on the Back for Jason. This is the first system I've purchased from your company. I'm very pleased with the system, but more important I'm very pleased with your tech support. Great customer relations skills are not always easy to find, especially in today's market. KUDO's to your team.

I've had Cybertron build many units to suit the individual needs of my clients and students. Since they purchase on my reccomendation, it is very important to me they are satisfied. Aside from the fact late night calls, when something goes awry can be time consuming, my reputation is on the line. I've been impressed and gratified in the few instances where problems arose. They were resolved in a very short time with total satisfaction. I defy anyone whoose delt with Gateway, Dell, Compaq, or any other company, to be able to say the same. He was very knowlegable and helpful in making suggestions to me. Your prices were very good and I will be back for more computer items in the future.   • I am writing this to thank CybertronPC for helping us in a small crisis, when no one else seemed to be able to. Our primary email server had failed, and we needed a new server for our corporate email immediately. We tried the big factory outlets and resellers, but none could provide us with the server configuration we needed at the price we wanted and in the time period we needed it. We had noticed Cybertron was a popular model, so we decided to call Cybertron directly. We were glad we did.   • Just wanted to pass along how satisfied I am with both PCs. The server, which runs 5 channels of audio, is screaming fast (in fact, it may be a little overpowered!), and the desktop handles all of our audio editing needs without hesitation.
