  • Dear Cybertron, I recently ordered a custom computer two weeks ago. I really liked the fact that Cybertron offered computer configurations that in-store and large direct computer retailers didn't offer. I ordered my computer on Monday and received it on Friday at 10:00 AM. When I opened the box was surprised by the nice mid-tower case that had four five and a quarter bays and two front side USB ports. The system was made exactly as ordered. Everything on the system worked perfectly and I had no problem installing a couple of Linux distributions on the box. Cybertron customer service people are very friendly and helpful. Cybertron will be the only computer retailer that I will purchase from in the future. Sincerely,

  • I just want to express my appreciation for the service I received from your company, and Shadi Marcos, who helped me order the proper computer items. He was very knowlegable and helpful in making suggestions to me. Your prices were very good and I will be back for more computer items in the future. The shipping carton was packed solidly and all necessary disks, paperwork, etc. were enclosed. I installed the drive, DDR, etc. and it's running perfectly.   • I encountered a problem with one of your computer products and tech support helped me locate the trouble. Once we isolated it to a defective power supply the person said he would have the RMA department call and give instructions on how to return it for rplacement. Jason from that department called within the hour and gave me all the information needed for the return. He also e-mailed me a UPS pre-paid mail label at my request. I am writing to inform you of the professional manner in which your people, especially Jason, dealt with me. Thanks for running such a good company.

  • WOW!!!! I don't know where to start in thanking Philip Harley in your tech support department. I bought a unit from Cybertron a few years back for my son, but in the process of time and a faulty mother board, the unit finally died. I contacted tech support and spoke with Philip. The unit was way out of warranty but he was more than helpful in solving my problem. He helped me to determined the problem was a motherboard issue. Cybertron was willing to repair the unit but rebuilding the system was my final choice. Philip Harley was very helpful with technical knowledge and advice. He helped me understand the systems and walk me through the process of rebuilding it. He was very patient and never one time caused me to feel that I was a bother to him, even though I contacted him several days for advice. He even helped me locate and pick the best components. This is outstanding service considering that the unit was way out of warranty, Cybertron had no reason to help me out. Philip could have been like every other department Support Engineer and told me I was on my own and there was nothing they could do. Thanks Cybertron, your tech support department is awesome. I have completely rebuilt my system and even though its not even in the same case I still call it my Cybertron PC. I just wish I could get some new stickers to put on it with your logo. I'm going to even add the Cybertron logo and contact information in the "Manufactured and supported by box" under the system properties. If I ever have to buy another gaming unit, you can bet it will be a Cybertron. Your company knows the key to not only get new customers but keep the old ones, that key is service. Philip is the kind of man I would want working for me if I were to ever run my own business. Take good care of him because he takes outstanding care of your money, your customers. One very happy man

  • I just wanted to take a moment and thank all of you at Cybertron. I had been looking for a new system for quite sometime and found your website, I phoned the company many times with many questions and each time I was serviced in a manner that can only be termed as Stellar...I began talking with Emad one of your sales Reps and I knew this was were I would purchase my system, Everyone is very informative and helpful and when my system arrived in a just a few short days I was thrilled at the job you had done, I mean it was so easy to get the system up and running I didn't even need tech support...I would and have recommended Cybertron to anyone looking for a new system or parts, Also Emad is a very nice guy and extremely educated on system components and such....Again many thanks awesome job!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Well, finally, my machine is up and running! You, however, have definitely restored my confidence in customer service. You certainly went above and beyond and I thank you very much. I told my husband that because of you, I would not hesitate to buy another Cybertron, not to mention that it has been a great machine. While I was hunting the business card of the guy that installed my second hard drive, I just happened to see one of those little CDs in the album that I keep my system software in. Guess what, it was the CD with drivers and utility software for the controller card. Yayyyyyy!!! Once I had it installed everything else took care of itself. Thanks again, I hope your day has been a great one!

  • My name is Julie Metzger and my boyfriend and I have owned three computers, a gateway, a dell and a cybertron. We have needed tech support alot and have made alot of calls for help. But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help. I was glad to see that the support didn't end with the computer being purchased!!! nice to see a company that will follow through till the end and will keep great customers for life!!!
