  • Just wanted to pass along how satisfied I am with both PCs. The server, which runs 5 channels of audio, is screaming fast (in fact, it may be a little overpowered!), and the desktop handles all of our audio editing needs without hesitation.   • My name is Julie Metzger and my boyfriend and I have owned three computers, a gateway, a dell and a cybertron. We have needed tech support alot and have made alot of calls for help. But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help. I was glad to see that the support didn't end with the computer being purchased!!! nice to see a company that will follow through till the end and will keep great customers for life!!!   • I have just finished speaking with Teck Support. I must say they did everything to troublshoot my system for me. I have not had a customer care experience like this in a while. They were patient, understanding and very knowledgable. It is great to know that there are still companies like Cybertron concerned with service and support of the customer.

  • I just want to express my appreciation for the service I received from your company, and Shadi Marcos, who helped me order the proper computer items. He was very knowlegable and helpful in making suggestions to me. Your prices were very good and I will be back for more computer items in the future. The shipping carton was packed solidly and all necessary disks, paperwork, etc. were enclosed. I installed the drive, DDR, etc. and it's running perfectly.   • Just wanted to let you know that I called into your help desk this morning with an issue on a brand new system. Jason was the support Tech that helped me, and he did a great job. I've been in this industry for over 20 years and even worked for Compaq as a field services manager, and I do believe that today's experience has to be rated among the top that I've ever had. Please, pass on my Pat on the Back for Jason. This is the first system I've purchased from your company. I'm very pleased with the system, but more important I'm very pleased with your tech support.   • Terry and I just want to thank the tech support at Cybertron PC for your help in dealing with our issue. As per Jake's suggestion to use pfSense, our motherboard LAN compatibility issues seem to be behind us. However I want to relay along that neither Terry nor I have ever seen such a knowledgeable, competent and courteous tech support staff that was willing to go so far out of their way as yours. It was a unique experience and we were both impressed so much that in the future we plan to buy any further PCs we possibly can from you as a result. Thank you again.

  • Dear Emad, Just a note of appreciation for the great service, excellent quality and price of your computers, and outstanding customer support. I've had Cybertron build many units to suit the individual needs of my clients and students. Since they purchase on my reccomendation, it is very important to me they are satisfied. Aside from the fact late night calls, when something goes awry can be time consuming, my reputation is on the line. I've been impressed and gratified in the few instances where problems arose. They were resolved in a very short time with total satisfaction. I defy anyone whoose delt with Gateway, Dell, Compaq, or any other company, to be able to say the same.
