As per Jake's suggestion to use pfSense, our motherboard LAN compatibility issues seem to be behind us. However I want to relay along that neither Terry nor I have ever seen such a knowledgeable, competent and courteous tech support staff that was willing to go so far out of their way as yours.   • I have just finished speaking with Teck Support. I must say they did everything to troublshoot my system for me. I have not had a customer care experience like this in a while. They were patient, understanding and very knowledgable. It is great to know that there are still companies like Cybertron concerned with service and support of the customer.

  • Well, finally, my machine is up and running! You, however, have definitely restored my confidence in customer service. You certainly went above and beyond and I thank you very much. I told my husband that because of you, I would not hesitate to buy another Cybertron, not to mention that it has been a great machine. While I was hunting the business card of the guy that installed my second hard drive, I just happened to see one of those little CDs in the album that I keep my system software in. Guess what, it was the CD with drivers and utility software for the controller card. Yayyyyyy!!! Once I had it installed everything else took care of itself. Thanks again, I hope your day has been a great one!

  • Thank you Cybertron for building me an awesome computer. I am blown away at how fast this system is. The computer booted up perfectly and everything that I had set up on my old computer worked. I want to say thanks to James for helping me out when I called tech support. He answered my questions and didn't answer me like I was an idiot. And to top it off he was an American and spoke ENGLISH. I want to say to those of you who are looking for a quality build and affordable then look no further than here because this company is the real deal. This computer by far is the best one I have purchased. I will never buy from the big boys again. P.S. I hope to get a computer game to see what this bad boy will do!
