  • I am writing this to thank CybertronPC for helping us in a small crisis, when no one else seemed to be able to. Our primary email server had failed, and we needed a new server for our corporate email immediately. We tried the big factory outlets and resellers, but none could provide us with the server configuration we needed at the price we wanted and in the time period we needed it.   • Just wanted to let you know that I called into your help desk this morning with an issue on a brand new system. Jason was the support Tech that helped me, and he did a great job. I've been in this industry for over 20 years and even worked for Compaq as a field services manager, and I do believe that today's experience has to be rated among the top that I've ever had. Please, pass on my Pat on the Back for Jason. This is the first system I've purchased from your company. I'm very pleased with the system, but more important I'm very pleased with your tech support. I had been looking for a new system for quite sometime and found your website, I phoned the company many times with many questions and each time I was serviced in a manner that can only be termed as Stellar...I began talking with Emad one of your sales Reps and I knew this was were I would purchase my system, Everyone is very informative and helpful and when my system arrived in a just a few short days I was thrilled at the job you had done, I mean it was so easy to get the system up and running I didn't even need tech support...I would and have recommended Cybertron to anyone looking for a new system or parts, Also Emad is a very nice guy and extremely educated on system components and such....Again many thanks awesome job!!!!!!!!!!!!
