  • Just wanted to let you know that I called into your help desk this morning with an issue on a brand new system. Jason was the support Tech that helped me, and he did a great job. I've been in this industry for over 20 years and even worked for Compaq as a field services manager, and I do believe that today's experience has to be rated among the top that I've ever had. Please, pass on my Pat on the Back for Jason. This is the first system I've purchased from your company. I'm very pleased with the system, but more important I'm very pleased with your tech support. Great customer relations skills are not always easy to find, especially in today's market. KUDO's to your team.

  • Hey Dick, Just a heads up on the server install. Package arrived in great condition and the machine in perfect condition. No flaws, nothing strange, just how I like it. Curious; the rack cabinets have not changed much over the past 3-4 years. I know the Mobo is new with all the other components, have the power supplies changed much as they look similar as well? So far so good. Again, what type of support do you offer? Do you have a list of tech needs or support issues you cover? Thanks again.   • Well, finally, my machine is up and running! You, however, have definitely restored my confidence in customer service. You certainly went above and beyond and I thank you very much. I told my husband that because of you, I would not hesitate to buy another Cybertron, not to mention that it has been a great machine. While I was hunting the business card of the guy that installed my second hard drive, I just happened to see one of those little CDs in the album that I keep my system software in. Guess what, it was the CD with drivers and utility software for the controller card. Yayyyyyy!!! Once I had it installed everything else took care of itself. Thanks again, I hope your day has been a great one!

I had been looking for a new system for quite sometime and found your website, I phoned the company many times with many questions and each time I was serviced in a manner that can only be termed as Stellar...I began talking with Emad one of your sales Reps and I knew this was were I would purchase my system, Everyone is very informative and helpful and when my system arrived in a just a few short days I was thrilled at the job you had done, I mean it was so easy to get the system up and running I didn't even need tech support...I would and have recommended Cybertron to anyone looking for a new system or parts, Also Emad is a very nice guy and extremely educated on system components and such....Again many thanks awesome job!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had Cybertron build many units to suit the individual needs of my clients and students. Since they purchase on my reccomendation, it is very important to me they are satisfied. Aside from the fact late night calls, when something goes awry can be time consuming, my reputation is on the line. I've been impressed and gratified in the few instances where problems arose. They were resolved in a very short time with total satisfaction. I defy anyone whoose delt with Gateway, Dell, Compaq, or any other company, to be able to say the same.   • I just wanted to write in and let you know how great I think your desktop product is. It it fast, well built, with the latest gear, and great looking too. I researched a lot of other brands and places before I decided on the cybertron. You had the best price for the latest and greatest equipment. Not to mention your list of options is incredible. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know and consider you first on the list next time I go to buy a computer or any other computer equipment for that matter. Awesome product at a great price, keep it up! Also your shipping is AMAZING. I placed my special order on Sunday evening and you had it build and shipped right to my door by Wednesday afternoon.   • So I spent weeks trying to find a capable build company to order 2 high end gaming systems. Some days I felt fried after hours of internet surfing and phone conversations. I went through the wasteland of IbuyPower and CyberPower and distributors like Tiger and Newegg some I could hardly understand and all with no commitment to in stock components availability or delivery time to get the systems. Dell which would not build the system I wanted was like speaking to a robot speaking from a script and stated long lead times. I searched and searched but could not find the quality, care and build I wanted. Finally I found Cybertron, hallelujah! I spoke with Dick Graham in Sales who cared about my hard earned dollars being spent, gave me instant information on what components were in stock and gave me target date for delivery that was reasonable and get this….a commitment. He stayed with me throughout build with updates….Came through on every commitment, met the delivery date and answered all and any buyer questions I needed around additional capacity and system specs. A BIG thanks to Dick! On receiving the systems a few cables shook loose but tech Support (Will and James) were immediately available, ready and willing to take all the time necessary to get resolution and an answer any questions. And Oh my God an understandable, intelligent American voice! I have 20 years+ in the IT arena and it was so nice to talk to someone that I was not telling them their job or technical knowledge. All the support you could ever need with the assurance that Cybertron is there if any concerns arise in the future. If any feedback I wish support can be available on the weekends in case problems arise. All in all I finally felt like the hard earned money spent was worth the quality given, genuine interest in my need and care from both sales and service support given. Keep it UP Cybertron!!!
