  • Hey Dick, Just a heads up on the server install. Package arrived in great condition and the machine in perfect condition. No flaws, nothing strange, just how I like it. Curious; the rack cabinets have not changed much over the past 3-4 years. I know the Mobo is new with all the other components, have the power supplies changed much as they look similar as well? So far so good. Again, what type of support do you offer? Do you have a list of tech needs or support issues you cover? Thanks again.   • My name is Julie Metzger and my boyfriend and I have owned three computers, a gateway, a dell and a cybertron. We have needed tech support alot and have made alot of calls for help. But I would have to say that you guys at Cybertron have the best tech support i have seen. My tech man was Jason and he was outstanding!!! we have spoken to some of your other people too and they were great. I must admit i was suprised at the help. I was glad to see that the support didn't end with the computer being purchased!!! nice to see a company that will follow through till the end and will keep great customers for life!!!   • I have just finished speaking with Teck Support. I must say they did everything to troublshoot my system for me. I have not had a customer care experience like this in a while. They were patient, understanding and very knowledgable. It is great to know that there are still companies like Cybertron concerned with service and support of the customer.
