  • I would like to commend your tech support team for the friendly and helpful support they are giving me. I am 75 and have worked with computers for 20 yrs or so starting with the old Sinclair thru the commadore,win 3.1 etc. In the coarse of those 20 yrs I have probably dealt with tech support of every computer and hardware mfg. on the market.That support has varied from none to poor to totally incompetent. I believe I am well qualified to evaluate tech support. I say without a doubt ,the Cybertron tech support is the best I have had. The team is trully exceptional in the tech support world.!!   • I just wanted to say that my Pentium 4 1.8 GHz is great and so powerful. It is more than I needed and the price is the best. I am telling all my friends and business associates about CybertronPC. Your customer service is the greatest and Emad should get the support man of the year award ( if any such award exists).

    I do most of my shopping online and when you are dealing with a faceless company that is miles away from you, customer service is something that you must be concerned about. The PC, I bought from you online was problem free but I was using it for a high tech studio application and it kept crashing. I contacted my hardware manufacturer and he informed me that I had a VIA motherboard and needed an Intel motherboard for the work that I would be doing. I called customer service and they were aware of the problem before I could fully tell him which impressed me. He upgraded me and then made me aware of a more functional RAMBUSS for the apps that I would be small price increase. I had my new PC in 2 days and IT KICKS @$$. Thanks guys.

  • Dear Miss Hays and those whom may read this,

    I just wanted to take a moment to thank you, Marti, for all your help. You helped me select the best computer for the money I allotted to spend. It truly runs like a dream. Fast, no errors, nor do I have any complaints. I have had the computer going on three weeks, I am utterly happy with my purchase.

    I have not had the best of luck with buying computers since my Alienware that I bought over 15 years ago. Once it died after eight years I had to shop around for a replacement. So many headaches, getting what I thought was the right computer for my needs, then it turning into a lemon with errors, crashes, unable to upgrade, help desks that would try the patience of a saint. I suppose you get the picture.

    On Christmas 2014, my darling husband bought me a new computer. I decided not to state the brand here because of the nightmare that ensued. Once my "Christmas" Computer got set up, I was impressed, was fast, wonderful graphic, quiet.

    That is until 24 hours later! The nightmare began. It crashed, badly. I had to reset to the beginning set up. This lasted one hour, then another serious crash. I called their help line. I found I was talking to an Indian who resided in Jamaica, I kid you not. I had trouble understanding his English and he had trouble understanding me, unfortunately. After over an hour, we finally got that computer running. He was pleasant but honestly it was frustrating dealing with the language barrier.

    So, I thought, great it's running fine. I was tired by now and it was like 1AM. I went to bed confident that all would be well when I woke. The next morning, turned on the monitor, and of course, it had crashed while I was sleeping. Called again to their help line. Another person whom English was not their first language, answered. For over an hour he had me doing I don't know what all to get it running. After hanging up I took a deep breath and I tried once more to do ANYTHING on my computer. Once more it crashed over and over.

    I felt like crying by now. This "Christmas" computer had been down as much as it had actually worked. I had used my new computer about 24 hours and for the third time called their help desk. This person, again, English was not his native language, told me to pack it up and send it to them and they would work on it.

    I just sat there a moment stunned. This was a NEW computer having such troubles. I just said no. Oh absolutely not! I promptly packed it up and returned it for my money.

    So, I started my own research on the internet. Trying to find a company that stood by their product with good reviews. One that their help line was based in America. One that didn't cost me an arm and leg. I finally stumbled upon Cybertron. The prices were reasonable. I liked that the help line was for the life time of the computer. And, most of all was

They components are high quality and the technical support has been amazing. Dollar for dollar they blow away the competition.
