  • WOW!!!! I don't know where to start in thanking Philip Harley in your tech support department. I bought a unit from Cybertron a few years back for my son, but in the process of time and a faulty mother board, the unit finally died. I contacted tech support and spoke with Philip. The unit was way out of warranty but he was more than helpful in solving my problem. He helped me to determined the problem was a motherboard issue. Cybertron was willing to repair the unit but rebuilding the system was my final choice. Philip Harley was very helpful with technical knowledge and advice. He helped me understand the systems and walk me through the process of rebuilding it. He was very patient and never one time caused me to feel that I was a bother to him, even though I contacted him several days for advice. He even helped me locate and pick the best components. This is outstanding service considering that the unit was way out of warranty, Cybertron had no reason to help me out. Philip could have been like every other department Support Engineer and told me I was on my own and there was nothing they could do. Thanks Cybertron, your tech support department is awesome. I have completely rebuilt my system and even though its not even in the same case I still call it my Cybertron PC. I just wish I could get some new stickers to put on it with your logo. I'm going to even add the Cybertron logo and contact information in the "Manufactured and supported by box" under the system properties. If I ever have to buy another gaming unit, you can bet it will be a Cybertron. Your company knows the key to not only get new customers but keep the old ones, that key is service. Philip is the kind of man I would want working for me if I were to ever run my own business. Take good care of him because he takes outstanding care of your money, your customers. One very happy man

They components are high quality and the technical support has been amazing. Dollar for dollar they blow away the competition.   • I just wanted to say that my Pentium 4 1.8 GHz is great and so powerful. It is more than I needed and the price is the best. I am telling all my friends and business associates about CybertronPC. Your customer service is the greatest and Emad should get the support man of the year award ( if any such award exists).

    I do most of my shopping online and when you are dealing with a faceless company that is miles away from you, customer service is something that you must be concerned about. The PC, I bought from you online was problem free but I was using it for a high tech studio application and it kept crashing. I contacted my hardware manufacturer and he informed me that I had a VIA motherboard and needed an Intel motherboard for the work that I would be doing. I called customer service and they were aware of the problem before I could fully tell him which impressed me. He upgraded me and then made me aware of a more functional RAMBUSS for the apps that I would be small price increase. I had my new PC in 2 days and IT KICKS @$$. Thanks guys.

  • Hey Dick, Just a heads up on the server install. Package arrived in great condition and the machine in perfect condition. No flaws, nothing strange, just how I like it. Curious; the rack cabinets have not changed much over the past 3-4 years. I know the Mobo is new with all the other components, have the power supplies changed much as they look similar as well? So far so good. Again, what type of support do you offer? Do you have a list of tech needs or support issues you cover? Thanks again. I've had Cybertron build many units to suit the individual needs of my clients and students. Since they purchase on my reccomendation, it is very important to me they are satisfied. Aside from the fact late night calls, when something goes awry can be time consuming, my reputation is on the line. I've been impressed and gratified in the few instances where problems arose. They were resolved in a very short time with total satisfaction. I defy anyone whoose delt with Gateway, Dell, Compaq, or any other company, to be able to say the same. It is so nice to talk to a “real american” in the USA for help and not someone in India, South America, Phillipins, etc. I think you get the idea. Hats off to you as a company for that.
