  • Dear Cybertron, I recently ordered a custom computer two weeks ago. I really liked the fact that Cybertron offered computer configurations that in-store and large direct computer retailers didn't offer. I ordered my computer on Monday and received it on Friday at 10:00 AM. When I opened the box was surprised by the nice mid-tower case that had four five and a quarter bays and two front side USB ports. The system was made exactly as ordered. Everything on the system worked perfectly and I had no problem installing a couple of Linux distributions on the box. Cybertron customer service people are very friendly and helpful. Cybertron will be the only computer retailer that I will purchase from in the future. Sincerely,

  • I would like to commend your tech support team for the friendly and helpful support they are giving me. I am 75 and have worked with computers for 20 yrs or so starting with the old Sinclair thru the commadore,win 3.1 etc. In the coarse of those 20 yrs I have probably dealt with tech support of every computer and hardware mfg. on the market.That support has varied from none to poor to totally incompetent. I believe I am well qualified to evaluate tech support. I say without a doubt ,the Cybertron tech support is the best I have had. The team is trully exceptional in the tech support world.!! Craig has gone out of his way to help me, I am very disabled and he has taken the time to understand and explain things to me he has also E-mailed me information I was unable to write down, this has been very helpful, thanks to his service any parts or components I need in the future I will certainly purchase from Cybertron.   • Terry and I just want to thank the tech support at Cybertron PC for your help in dealing with our issue. As per Jake's suggestion to use pfSense, our motherboard LAN compatibility issues seem to be behind us. However I want to relay along that neither Terry nor I have ever seen such a knowledgeable, competent and courteous tech support staff that was willing to go so far out of their way as yours. It was a unique experience and we were both impressed so much that in the future we plan to buy any further PCs we possibly can from you as a result. Thank you again.
